Acceptance

By creating an account or using Airtrace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of the Service

Airtrace grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for tracking AI brand visibility for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the service to build competing products.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Airtrace to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Automated scraping of the Airtrace UI is prohibited; use the public API instead.

Limitation of Liability

Airtrace is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you by email.
