Airtrace collects information you provide directly (account details, brand names, competitor lists) and usage data generated as you interact with the platform (scan results, dashboard activity, API calls).
How We Use It
We use collected data to operate the service, generate AI visibility reports, send scheduled digests you request, and improve platform functionality. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Retention
Scan history is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.
Third-Party Services
Airtrace integrates with AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) to execute brand scans. Queries sent to these providers are governed by their respective privacy policies. We use Clerk for authentication and Resend for transactional email.
